It's all in the details

This necklace is made by hand in Stockholm, Sweden with a drop-cut ruby and 4 drop-cut diamonds, using 100% recycled precious metals only.

A white diamond is a classic and glistening jewel, a traditional choice in a modern setting. Arguably the most beloved and sought-after precious stone in the world, the diamond also stands as the most enduring with a perfect 10 on the Mohs scale, measuring mineral hardness.
For thousands of years, the white diamond has embodied purity, strength, and wisdom for humankind. In more recent centuries, it has also earned the truly romantic and revered position as a symbol of eternal love.

Red hot! Ruby symbolises protection, wealth and passion. Truly romantic and precious, rubies are a gorgeous choice for jewellery such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings, and in modern day also including wedding and engagement rings. Apart from being a total stunner, the ruby is also strong and durable with a score of 8.5-9 on the Mohs scale, measuring mineral hardness.

The rubies and diamonds are imported via a family run supplier in Belgium, a partnership which dates back to 2007 and the founding days of Herr & Fru Lohse. The supplier is an active member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), ensuring authenticity and origin.
RJC plays a crucial role in promoting responsible practices and ethical standards within the jewellery industry. Through those standards, certification and collaborative initiatives, the RJC builds trust, offers transparency and sustainability actions across the entire supply chain.
Both Sweden and Belgium are also members of the UN-supported Kimberley Process, which is a certification organisation working to prevent conflict diamonds.
