This necklace is made by hand in Stockholm, Sweden with a drop-cut ruby, using 100% recycled precious metals only.
Red hot! Ruby symbolises protection, wealth and passion. Truly romantic and precious, rubies are a gorgeous choice for jewellery such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings, and in modern day also including wedding and engagement rings. Apart from being a total stunner, the ruby is also strong and durable with a score of 8.5-9 on the Mohs scale, measuring mineral hardness.
The rubies are imported via a family run gemstone supplier in Belgium, a partnership which dates back to 2007 and the founding days of Herr & Fru Lohse. The supplier is an active member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), ensuring authenticity and origin.
