These “Terms and conditions of sale and delivery” apply for access to the website and the sale of the products by Herr och Fru Lohse AB on this web site http://www.herrochfru.se (“Terms and conditions of sale and delivery”).
Individuals may not place an order and buy products on this website, www.herrochfru.se, if that person is not over eighteen (18) years old. By using this website and placing orders you hereby confirm that you are over eighteen (18) years old. We reserve the right to cancel orders from people who stated inaccurate data and / or have a credit history.
The Right to Cancel within the Grace period does not apply to specialorders of customized products or products that, in any way, are adapted, modified or altered at Customers request prior to delivery.
Facts and pricedata submitted are subject to errors of transcription, suppliers price increases and stock availability.
Herr och Fru Lohse does not guarantee that the product images on the website reflect the exact product appearance, size or other characteristic features. Features such as color rendition may differ from reality depending on display and settings of your computer.
A product that is in anyway treated with a coating, e.g oxidized, gold-plated, matte finished, Rhodium-plated etcetera will depending on the wear and tear over time lose its original coating. Such wear down is considered to be general wear and tear and is not covered by any guarantee, and can therefore not be considered to be a defect. Any and all errors due to an accident after you have received the product, abuse or abnormal use are not covered by any warranty.
Herr och Fru Lohse´s web shop only offer a selection of products from the ordinary range of products in the physical store. Products purchased in the web shop can not be replaced with goods that are in the physical store, and vice versa.
All product prices are in Swedish kronor, including 25% VAT. The price applicable is that which is stated on the day you place your order. Shipping and other charges not included in the product price are shown before you confirm your order. Prices on Herr och Fru Lohse webshop and in the physical store may differ.
Tax Free (Non EU Customers)
All our prices include 25% VAT (Swedish tax). Customers outside of the European Union, can shop tax free and will not be charged for any tax. This is to assist customers to any pending import duties that might accompany the shipment. We have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.
Through our payment partner Klarna AB (see www.klarna.com) residents in Sweden can choose between several different payment methods via Klarna Checkout and we refer to “Payment options” for further information regarding your payment options. Residents outside of Sweden can use the Klarna Checkout online payment (credit card payment) option. Choose the one that suits you best when you go to checkout. For online payment credit cards accepted are MasterCard / VISA. See more info under “Payment options”. For purchases made by invoice and / or installment payment (only available for residents in Sweden) we reserve the right to make a credit check through Klarna AB. It will not affect your credit rating and it can not be seen by anyone else. The collection and processing of your personal information and credit information is necessary for us to process your request for 14 day credit. If you have made a payment and properly cancel an order well refund the amount paid within 30 days. Minors (under the age of 18) may not make purchases.
All shipments are fully insured by Herr och Fru Lohse AB until you as a customer have received the shipment. When you as a customer have retrieved the shipment of product / products you are also taking over responsibility for the product / products. For shipments outside the European Union, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties and payment of any VAT that may apply.
Delivery time is normally 3-7 working days (workdays) from order date (*does not apply for specialorders), see also additional info on the individual product. If an ordered product differs to the normal deliverytime, we will contact you via e-mail to notify the estimated new delivery date. Should the delivery delay significantly differ from what is agreed, you may cancel the purchase. Should we have to split your order on delivery Herr och Fru Lohse will pay for the extra shipping fee. Herr och Fru Lohse can not be held responsible for local delivery delays nor delays due to customs or due to faulty given deliveryadress.
*For specialorders, customized products, and products that are produced in our workshop deliverytime can be 2-6 weeks.
You, as a customer confirms that the information (such as name, email address, phone number, address and other preferences) that is the basis for your order, given to Herr och Fru Lohse is correct and updated. You are, as a customer, also responsible for updating the information necessary.
You place an order on the website by adding the product (s) to the “Basket” and then go to “Checkout”. You also need to confirm your order by clicking on the button marked “Confirm Order” to confirm your order. You are prompted to accept the Terms and Conditions of sale and delivery applicable to this website. The acceptance, means that you agree to and that you have fully read and understood these the Terms and Conditions of sale and delivery. An order will be accepted only under these terms. Once the order has been confirmed you will receive a “Order Confirmation” email. Order Confirmation will contain all details about Product (s), price (s) of Product (s) inclusive of VAT and other taxes, delivery date (s), delivery charges, terms and conditions of payment.
For all shipments outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any additional costs that may not be stated on the Order Confirmation, costs such as customs duties and payment of VAT that may apply/occur when the Shipment enters the country in question.
Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email with the information of your total order. It is strongly recommended that you save the order confirmation and keep it at hand in any contacts with our customer service.
Free delivery. All our shipments are sent with DHL or with Postnord as recommended mail (Rek-Brev) and are insured by us until you have retrieved your shipment. You need to retrieve your shipment at your local post office and you must show your identification (ID) when you retrieve your shipment. Shipments paid by invoice or installments only apply for residents in Sweden Please make sure your contact and address details are stated correctly so that you will receive your shipment in good order.
Currently Herr och Fru Lohse deliver to residents in the Nordic countries and a number of EU countries (see complete list for countries included below 1*). For delivery to other countries than listed, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.

Shipments not retrieved
Should a shipment not be retrieved by the customer Herr och Fru Lohse will charge the customer for shipping, return shipping, and an administrative fee. The administrative fee is currently SEK 350 and 3% of the product price.
Right to cancel within the grace period
We apply the rules of the Distant Sales and Door-to-Door Sales Act (Swedish: Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen 2005:59), which means you can cancel your purchase within 14 days* of receipt of the Order, without giving any reason provided the product/s are returned in unused condition and original packaging. Any seals may not be broken. All accessories and related documentation such as authenticity documents and copy of the receipt must be attached.
Contact Herr och Fru Lohses customerservice on email email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of the Order notifying Herr och Fru Lohse that you wish to use the rigth of cancellation according to the Grace Period and for detailed instructions on how you should proceed. The purchase price is paid back in full including shipping and possible invoice fees, within 30 days after we have recieved the Product/s and approved the return.
If the order was made by invoice or installment payment it is important that we recieve the returned Product before the invoice due date runs out.
The customer pays for the return shipping. Returns cannot be sent by cash on delivery (COD) or after-claim. Herr och Fru Lohse will not pick up any such delivery. Goods must be returned by registered delivery method only.
All returns must be handled by Herr och Fru Lohse´s web shop. You cannot get a refund or exchange to another product in our physical store.
The right to cancel within the Grace Period or return Product(s) for refund does not apply if the Customer has begun to use the Product(s) during the Grace Period and/or removed the seal from the Product(s). The right to cancel within the Garce Period or return Product(s) for refund does not apply on specialorders, so called customized products or products that are in any way customized, resized*, engraved, modified, or otherwise altered atCustomer’s request prior to delivery.
*Extended return policy: Purchases made from 17th November to 21st December current year are subject to Herr och Fru Lohses extended return policy meaning you can return your goods until January 14th the following year and get the money back. Notify Herr och Fru Lohse customerservice by email or phone no later than January 10th from the receipt of goods for instructions. In all other aspects our usual terms and conditions apply.
Should any dispute arise Herr och Fru Lohse will follow the Consumer Complaints Boards (Swedish: Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens) decision.
Complaints and returns
If you, against all expectations, receive a damaged, non functioning product or a product that otherwise deviate from your order you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days. Contact Herr och Fru Lohses customer service in writing with e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how you should proceed with a complaint.
It is Herr och Fru Lohse´s responsibility to compensate the Customer for any delivery charges, provided that the complaint is valid. Customer must make a notification of the defective product to Herr och Fru Lohse urgently or within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered (complaint). You must notify Herr och Fru Lohse, in writing or via e-mail, and explain why you want to complain about the product. The product must be returned in unused condition and original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and Herr och Fru Lohse will credit any shipping charges, provided that the complaint is valid.

Warranty against defects
Herr och Fru Lohse guarantee that all products are free from factory and manufacturing defects (so-called originalerror) when shipped. Each item checked carefully before being sent out. If the product, contrary to expectation, should have an originalerror on delivery Herr och Fru Lohse has the right to primarily offer repair or replacement of the product. Repair or re-delivery shall be made within a reasonable time after the complaint was made. Herr och Fru Lohse arrange return freight to the customer following completion of repair / replacement. The customer must make a notification of the defective product to Herr och Fru Lohse urgently or within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered (complaint).
Customer must notify Herr och Fru Lohse in writing or e-mail and explain why he or she considers a product/s to be defective. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and Herr och Fru Lohse will credit any shipping charges, provided that the defective product is considered to have an original error. Returns may not be done by cash on delivery (COD) or after-claim. Herr och Fru Lohse will not pick up such delivery. Goods must be returned by registered delivery method only.
Herr och Fru Lohse is only responsible for original errors, which means that the defect existed before the product was purchased and delivered. Within a period of six (6) months after purchase, a defect of a product can be considered to be an original error, in this case the error will be corrected by Herr och Fru Lohse at no cost, unless Herr och Fru Lohse can prove that the error did not exist at time of purchase. After a period of six (6) months after the purchase, it is up to the Customer to prove that the product had an original error at the time of delivery.

In the case of a dispute between Herr och Fru Lohse AB and private consumers Herr och Fru Lohse will comply with the Swedish Consumers Board and it´s recommendations. Contracts between private consumers and Herr och Fru Lohse AB shall be governed by Swedish law and any disputes shall be settled according to Swedish law, with the Stockholm District Court as first instance.
