The Fusion ear cuff in recycled 18k yellow and white gold pavé-set with brilliant cut diamonds, is built around an open design which recreates the collection’s iconic wavy pattern. Inspired by the original designs by Nina Koppel, the cuff is sold as a single piece and slides easily onto the ear without requiring a piercing.
