Shipping Information
Our goal is always to ship your order within 3 days of receipt of your order, except for non-workdays. On our website we inform you that the normal delivery time is usually 3-7 days. As soon as your order has been sent from us we will send you an email with information so you can follow the status on the delivery.
Any and all specialorders, also known as customized products, and products that are produced in our workshop when receiving your order can, depending on complexity and numbers of orders waiting in the workshop, have a deliverytime of up to 2-6 weeks.
All our shipments are sent with DHL (Sweden), DHL Express or PostNord as recommended mail (Rek-Brev) and are insured by us until you have retrieved your shipment. You need to retrieve your shipment at your local post office and you must show your identification (ID) when you retrieve your shipment. Shipments paid by invoice or installments only apply for residents in Sweden Please make sure your contact and addressdetails are stated correctly so that you will receive your shipment in good order.
Currently Herr och Fru Lohse deliver to residents in the following countries (see complete list for countries included below 1*). For delivery to other countries, please contact: customerservice@herrochfru.se.

Should a shipment not be retrieved by the cutsomer Herr och Fru Lohse will charge the customer for shipping, return shipping, and an administrative fee. The administrative fee is currently SEK 350 and 3% of the product price.
For shipments outside the European Union the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties and payment of any VAT that may apply.
Payment Information
Individuals may not place an order and buy products on this website, www.herrochfru.se, if that person is not over eighteen (18) years old.
For residents in Sweden there are several payment options provided by our payment partner Klarna AB. In Klarna Checkout you can choose between invoice, partpayment, banktransfer and creditcard payment. Our orderconfirmation and the invoice from Klarna is sent to you via e-mail and to your population registration address in connection with dispatch. Invoices have due date 14 days.
Residents outside of Sweden can use the Klarna Checkout online payment (credit card payment) option.
We currently accept VISA and MasterCard. All credit card payments are handled by our payment partner Klarna AB via Klarna Checkout to ensure fast and secure payment.
Your online payment is secured by Herr och Lohse using payment services provided by Klarna AB (www.klarna.com). Klarnas system is approved by all Swedish banks and certified according to PCI DSS by Visa and MasterCard for arranging payment transactions with the highest security. All communication between the store and your bank is handled by Klarna and encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). That the payment is made on a secure page, you can see this by the address on the payment page that begins with https: / / and that you will see a padlock in the bottom right corner of your browser. Herr och Lohse has therefore no access to the card information and therefore can not record or store your credit card information.
Klarna also supports 3D Secure to identify the cardholder for purchases on the Internet, thereby reducing the risk of misuse of card details. If your card is connected to the 3D Secure, you will be switched over to your bank for verification before payment is approved.
